Rosa Plaugher is a dedicated leadership consultant, Certified Organizational Development/Design Specialist, and co-founder of Anchored Vision, a values-driven consulting firm she launched with her mother, Happy. Anchored Vision helps organizations and individuals align leadership strategies, improve productivity, and
foster healthy, sustainable workplace cultures.
With a deep understanding of team dynamics and organizational structure, Rosa specializes in guiding businesses and nonprofits through periods of change, growth, and transformation. Rosa’s passion for people development extends beyond the business world. She also works as a Family Support Specialist in Harrison County, West Virginia, where she provides hands-on support to families navigating adversity. Her role focuses on helping clients identify goals, build self-confidence, and develop the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally.
Rosa is known for her empathetic leadership style, her ability to see both the big picture and the critical details, and her commitment to building systems that uplift individuals and organizations alike. Through Anchored Vision and her community work, Rosa is deeply committed to helping others rediscover their purpose, unlock their potential, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
With more than 30 years of experience in psychology, Happy Plaugher has dedicated her life to empowering others to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose. As a Certified International Mental Health Coach, she has coached individuals across several countries, helping them strengthen their identity, develop strategies for growth, and embrace intentional living.
Happy originally founded Intentional Life Coaching, which has now merged into her new venture—Anchored Vision, co-founded with her daughter, Rosa Plaugher. Together, Happy and Rosa consult on leadership styles, occupational burnout, and workplace productivity, equipping individuals and organizations with tools for sustainable growth and healthier work environments.
Specializing in Mental Health Coaching, Happy has spoken at numerous conferences on occupational burnout, self-care, ADHD in adults and children, and executive function. She currently serves as a Mental Health Specialist and Parent Educator Resource Coordinator (PERC) for the Doddridge County Board of Education and is also a team member with Resolutions Counseling of West Virginia, where she provides coaching in grief, life transitions, executive function, time management, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
Happy believes in helping individuals and organizations find the anchor that holds them steady when life becomes rocky and the waves feel overwhelming. Her passion is to guide people toward strength, clarity, and stability so they can not only weather life’s storms but also become an anchor of hope and support for others.
